Susanville Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced Service Advisor. The right person must be very customer orientated and have great sales skills in advising the customer of needed services and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an excellent CSI
• Assist customers with any service needs they have.
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years auto dealership experience.
• ADP/CDK computer program experience a plus.
• Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to multi-task and follow tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
